BreastScreen NSW is made up of a diverse team of medical specialists, health professionals and administration experts who, together, deliver high-quality breast screening services to the women of NSW.
BreastScreen NSW is managed by a State Coordination Unit within the Cancer Institute NSW. The program is delivered by nine Screening and Assessment Services, which are located within Local Health Districts across NSW.

Professor Tracey O’Brien FRACP, MBA, LLM (Health), GAICD, MBChB, BSC
Chief Cancer Officer and Chief Executive Officer of the Cancer Institute NSW
Tracey is a paediatric and adolescent haematologist and oncologist with more than 25 years of experience in improving the outcomes for people with cancer in NSW, Australia and internationally. As the Chief Cancer Officer and Chief Executive Officer, Tracey is responsible for the day-to-day running and management of the Cancer Institute NSW.

Dr Nalini Bhola
State-wide Clinical Director, BreastScreen NSW
The BreastScreen NSW State-wide Clinical Director is responsible for the clinical leadership and quality of the program. Dr Bhola provides clinical advice and strategic leadership, sets clinical standards and supports quality assurance and improvement activities within the program.
Anthea Temple
Program Manager, BreastScreen NSW
The BreastScreen NSW Program Manager is responsible for leading the program, including maximising participation and facilitating quality improvements in breast screening to reduce the impacts and mortality of breast cancer. Anthea is responsible for directing and coordinating the delivery of the BreastScreen NSW program together with the nine Screening and Assessment Services across the state.
Bronwyn Morley
Lead Radiographer, BreastScreen NSW
The BreastScreen NSW Lead Radiographer provides professional leadership to the radiographer community including the development of clinical policies and procedures and the implementation of a strategic workforce plan for BreastScreen NSW. Bronwyn aims to provide consistent and standardised systems, policies, procedures and processes within the program, in line with international best practice and the BreastScreen Australia National Accreditation Standards.
